Our VIsion


The Empower Her Project believes women should feel inspired and empowered in every aspect of their lives. We want to create an intimate space where women can gather to network and share resources-inspire to revive old goals, make new ones, and move towards them.

Mission Statement

Empowerment and mentoring project established to honor and inspire women of color through workshops and programs that empower and celebrate women in business & future entrepreneurs.

Who we serve

This project seeks to stimulate the confidence in young and matured women of color by providing them a capacity to nurture, polish, and sharpen their skills through better education, awareness, and a space to freely express themselves.

Workshops & Programs

ANnual Women of color brunch

Women are becoming top leaders in education and entrepreneurship and many lack the resources, support, and encouragement to take a leap of faith and pursue their own dreams. The purpose of this event is to provide women of color who either own their own business or aspire to be a business owner the platform to network and share business ideas.

Implement vision board activity in efforts to motivate the attendees to take their dreams to the next level and shape them into concrete aspirations.

Financial Management WOrkshop

Workshops that will teach objectives of financial management and financial literacy in business through seminars on topics such as accessing resources, understanding assets and debts, applying risk management, and financial planning.

Seek to provide participants the opportunity to develop skills and obtain knowledge needed to can be used to manage financial situations both in their personal and professional life.

Mental Health & Wellness

Interactive workshops that aims to help participants manage mental health and wellness through activities such as yoga, meditation, painting, creating vision boards, journaling, exercise, nutrition, and social togetherness.

Scholarship

Annual Scholarship Award

Annual scholarships dedicated to young black girls in high school to inspire and support their endeavors as they transition to college
